By engaging Event Dynamics Pro for event planning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include event planning, coordination, vendor management, and on-site supervision as outlined in your service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary by service package. Typically, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a different date subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

Event cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations made 30-90 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before are non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

Event Dynamics Pro's liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control including weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All event designs, concepts, and planning materials created by Event Dynamics Pro remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these materials for their specific event only.
